Overview
The KEF Ci100QS is a square custom install speaker from KEF's Q Series (Soundlight) architectural range, built to sit flush in a dry-lined or stud partition wall or ceiling. It uses a 100mm (4 in.) Uni-Q driver array with the tweeter mounted at the acoustic centre of the bass/midrange cone, so both drivers radiate from a single point. KEF rates its nominal coverage at 150°.
An Ultra-Thin Bezel (UTB) keeps the visible rim narrow, and the grille attaches magnetically. Both the grille and bezel can be painted to match the surrounding surface. KEF lists the Ci100QS as weather resistant and IP64 certified, with a UV-protected bezel and grille.
