Here at Sydney Hi Fi Mona Vale we take extra care and consideration into our customer service and prompt delivery. We use Australia Post’s Post eParcel service for deliveries. For items over 5KG or larger than, usual we will use Toll Ipec for delivery.
All orders are shipped complete, and you will be updated on the status of your order. If clear payment is received before 2:00pm Sydney time (excluding Weekends and Public holidays) goods are dispatched same day.
Please note - that your order may be delayed, if we run out of stock, or it fails are 3rd party security check which we have in place to protect you, our customer and us the merchant.
With our shipping service, with the exception of PO Boxes, someone must be available to accept delivery on the designated date of delivery. We will send you an email when your order has shipped, and you will be able to track it at the following websites www.auspost.com.au/track or Toll Ipec tracking, depending on the item being shipped. If you are not available to accept and sign for the delivery, we recommend that you nominate a delivery date when placing your order online, or provide a delivery address where someone will be available to accept and sign for your delivery, please also provide the company name.
If the courier attempts delivery and no-one is available to sign the goods will be taken to the local post office or Toll Ipec Depot for collection and suitable photo identification will be required to collect your order.
You are welcome to pick-up your order from our showroom store located in Mona Vale - Shop 1/1 Mona Vale Road, Mona Vale, NSW, 2103. Pick-up is only available on normal store trading hours excluding public holidays. When placing an order online, please let us know in the shipping section, labelled "PICK UP IN STORE" that you would like to pick-up your order. You need to call to check stock - 02 8088 3088. We will require a drivers license ID to confirm your identity and do not allow 3rd parties to collect your goods.
