Overview

The KEF C3 Remote is a dedicated infrared remote control for KEF's LS Wireless Collection: LS60 Wireless, LS50 Wireless II, LSX II and LSX II LT. It gives you physical buttons for power, volume, playback and source selection, so you can control your speakers without reaching for a phone.

The C3 works out of the box over infrared (IR) with no pairing required. It has an aluminium top plate, backlit buttons and a Favourite button you can assign to a frequently used function in the KEF Connect app.

Controls and Features

  • Power on/off, mute and volume up/down
  • Playback controls (previous, play/pause, next)
  • Six dedicated source buttons (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, TV, Optical, CX and AUX)
  • Favourite button, customisable in the KEF Connect app
  • Backlit buttons, with a small LED that lights when a button is pressed
  • Infrared (IR) control, ready to use with no pairing
  • Long-range, wide-angle control, so it doesn't need to be pointed directly at the speakers

Compatibility

  • LS60 Wireless: fully compatible
  • LS50 Wireless II: fully compatible
  • LSX II: compatible (CX button not supported)
  • LSX II LT: compatible (CX and AUX buttons not supported)
