Designed for Custom Installation

Unlike a conventional desktop music streamer, the WiiM CI MOD S has been purpose-built around the requirements of professional AV integrators.

Its compact form factor can be incorporated into rack-based installations, while analogue RCA, optical and coaxial connections provide the flexibility needed to work with amplifiers, active speakers, external DACs and existing audio systems.

A dedicated trigger output can also be used to automatically control compatible amplification as part of an integrated system.

At the heart of the CI MOD S is the AKM AK4493SEQ digital-to-analogue converter, featuring AKM's Velvet Sound architecture.

WiiM specifies a 121dB signal-to-noise ratio for the built-in DAC and THD+N as low as 0.0002% (-114dB), providing a low-noise foundation for high-resolution music playback.
