Overview
The Krix Seismix 3 Downfiring Evara is a powered subwoofer from Krix's Evara range, designed and made in Australia. A 275 mm (11") driver fires down towards the floor, driven by a 350 W RMS amplifier, in a cabinet finished in Krix's matt Studio colours.
It is sold individually and comes in five finishes: Studio Black, Studio White, Studio Charcoal, Studio Navy and Studio Green.
Features
- Down-firing driver: nominal 275 mm (11") doped paper cone with a 50 mm (2") voice coil on a Kapton former and a vented magnet assembly.
- Controls: variable low pass filter (50 Hz to 200 Hz or bypass) and continuously variable phase (0° to 180°).
- Inputs: stereo line level RCA, plus a wireless audio receiver input.
- Auto standby: signal sensing, switching to standby 15 minutes after the signal stops.
- System matching: pairs with the Acoustix Evara, Phoenix Evara, Graphix Evara and Dynamix Evara speakers.
- Australian made: Krix has engineered and built speakers in Australia since 1974.
