Overview
These are Krix's matching stands for the Esoterix Altum bookshelf speaker, made to suit its cabinet and finishes. They are sold as a pair, in the same real timber veneers with a satin finish as the speakers: Black Ash, Blackwood, Atlantic Jarrah and Walnut, or a custom timber veneer.
The Esoterix Altum speakers are sold separately.
Design
- Listening height: Krix sets the stand height to place the centre of the Esoterix Altum 800 mm above the floor, which works with the speaker's 7.5 degree angled front.
- Bolted fixing: the speaker's rebated base locates on the stand's metal top plate and is secured with 4 supplied bolts.
- Cable routing: speaker cable runs through a hole at the back of the stand.
- Feet and spikes: fitted with soft damping rubber feet. The feet unscrew to reveal threaded inserts for the supplied height-adjustable spikes, and metal disks are supplied to place under the spikes on hard floors.
- Assembly: supplied disassembled. The post fixes to the weighted base with 3 supplied bolts.
