The C-2900 sits directly below Accuphase's statement preamplifier and inherits a great deal from it. Its Balanced AAVA system develops the company's original AAVA volume control into a fully balanced implementation, adjusting level without a single variable resistor in the signal path. The result is a preamplifier quiet enough that delicate, low-level musical information survives intact all the way to the power amplifier.
