About the Beosound Premiere
The Bang & Olufsen Beosound Premiere is a premium spatial audio soundbar designed for buyers who want immersive home cinema sound with unmistakable Scandinavian design. Created to deliver a more enveloping listening experience, it combines refined materials, sculptural styling and advanced acoustic engineering in a soundbar that is meant to be seen as well as heard. B&O describes it as a new approach to spatial audio, with Wide Stage technology™ helping create rich, detailed sound that feels more expansive and engaging across films, television and music.
Inside, the Beosound Premiere uses a sophisticated 7 internal channel architecture with 10 custom speaker drivers and 10 power amplifiers. Its layout includes front-firing, side-firing and up-firing channels, allowing the soundbar to project audio with greater width, height and presence. The technical sheet states that it features integrated 7.1.4 Dolby Atmos decoding, proprietary post-processing, True Image up- and downmixing, and an advanced bass management system, all working together to produce a more cinematic and room-filling performance from a single elegant enclosure.
