The AD-2900 is Accuphase's dedicated phono equaliser unit, fitted into a rear-panel slot on compatible preamplifiers. Separate input circuitry for MC and MM cartridges ensures optimum matching and an outstanding signal-to-noise ratio, and two sets of turntable input jacks (AD1 and AD2) can be selected directly from the preamplifier's input selector. Performance close enough to a standalone phono stage that many owners never look further.
