How will COVID-19 effect Sydney Hi Fi Mona Vale

To some degree we are calling business as usual, with just a few changes to comply with recommendations that make a lot of sense. Store hrs have recently changed to 10 am to 4pm and Saturday 10am to 2pm during the current COVID pandemic.

We will remain open, we will continue to offer advice, educate and entertain our customers, and we will continue to provide the best service possible.

What is important to us:

To keep moral high, home entertainment is important, music is important, and information is important, we sell and install products for your home entertainment. If you do have to self-isolate then you deserve to be as comfortable as possible. Panic helps no one, in times of confusion it is important we stay calm and help each other.

The New Normal till we are told otherwise.

We will have our doors closed with a buzzer for entry and we will be restricting 2 couples (4 people) in the showroom at any one time – this is in part so we can ensure the best experience possible for our customers, but also to allow our staff to ensure surface areas can be cleaned.

We are supporting “Social Distancing” so please respect each other’s space by standing no closer than 1.5m and not shaking hands.

We will not be doing any home visits or home consultations in person, however we will have the ability to discuss your needs or problems, we will where possible over the phone or via Video Conference assist to the best of our ability.

We encourage our local customers to call ahead and check with us if you do need to visit us so we can work out if there is a need to come in.

With regards to repairs we will not be taking any out of warranty repairs during this pandemic  we can advise you over the phone of serviced center's if you need urgent assistance. If you have recently purchased a new product and experiencing a problem please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to resolve your problem in a timely manner. 

We are staying in constant communication with our suppliers and looking at this current situation as an opportunity for us to come together as an industry. Many suppliers have offered to drop ship on our behalf during this time, this will save us time and speed up the process as couriers are well and truly under a lot of pressure at the moment. You can also choose click and collect if you prefer and arrange a suitable time when your order is ready. If ever there was a time for consumers to value what our industry offer’s it is right NOW. Home Entertainment, listening to music in your home sure does matter. 

We are taking this time to create some packages that we feel will offer great value and that we can deliver in a timely manner.
