Audio-Technica AT-LP8X

Audio-Technica expands its acclaimed direct-drive turntable lineup with the AT-LP8X, a semi-automatic turntable designed to deliver superior sound quality and ease of use. Featuring a newly engineered tonearm lift, the AT-LP8X automatically raises the tonearm and stops the motor at the end of each record side, providing hassle-free listening for vinyl enthusiasts.

The J-shaped aluminum tonearm, inspired by Audio-Technica’s classic designs from the 1960s and '70s, is paired with the AT-LT10 headshell and the AT-VM95E BK cartridge. This cartridge, equipped with a 0.3 x 0.7 mil elliptical stylus, offers excellent channel separation and minimal distortion, ensuring outstanding tonal quality. Vinyl lovers can easily customize their sound by swapping the stylus with any of the five compatible models in the VM95 series, while the adjustable VTA (vertical tracking angle) and subcounterweight make it easy to use a wide variety of other cartridges.
