Choose a conventional 7.2-channel speaker configuration for enveloping surround sound or create a 5.2.2-channel Dolby Atmos system using in-ceiling or upward-firing height speakers. Virtual height processing is also available for layouts without dedicated overhead speakers.

With support for Dolby Atmos and DTS:X, the receiver places dialogue, music and effects throughout a three-dimensional sound field. Sounds can move naturally around and above the listening position, creating greater scale, depth and realism.
