Krix Atmospheric AS in-ceiling speakers achieving new levels of performance for in-ceiling speakers, the Atmospherix AS excels in both music and home theatre applications. The ‘AS’ variant of this awarded speaker houses an upgraded ring radiator tweeter and thin bezel magnetic grille.
The Atmospherix AS uses a 130mm (5”) bass driver matched with a 26mm (1”) ring radiator tweeter, housed in a fully enclosed backbox for in-ceiling installation. The enclosed design maximises and controls bass response while keeping out dust and other ceiling inhabitants .
Atmospherix AS are ideal for an out of sight home theatre experience, performing as side and rear surrounds in a conventional 5.1 or 7.1 configuration, or as ceiling effect speakers in a Dolby® Atmos™ setup.
Its uniform coverage is also well suited to 2 channel stereo and background music appications where the listening area is not confined to a specific part of the room. For example, hallways, dinning rooms, office spaces, bedrooms and multipurpose rooms.
