The power amplifier is the backbone of any Hi-Fi system. It must deliver explosive dynamics in demanding passages while revealing delicate subtleties with finesse. The MA-1 is finely tuned to work in harmony with the MS-1 and MP-1, ensuring perfect synergy, seamless control, and an exceptional listening experience across all genres of music.

Multi-Triode Parallel Push-Pull Output

To achieve high power with low impedance, the MA-1 employs 10 ONSEMI high-power transistors per channel in a push-pull Class A/B configuration operating at high bias current. With static power consumption reaching 300W:

• Stereo Mode – Each amplifier unit handles left and right channels independently, delivering precise stereo reproduction.

• Bridged Mode – Two amplifiers combine for massive power output, effortlessly driving demanding speakers with low sensitivity.

• Mono Mode – Two amplifiers per channel deliver extreme sound quality, ideal for bi-wiring or driving high-end separate speakers.

The MA-1 features independent transformers for each channel, ensuring a true dual-mono design. A combined 1250VA toroidal power supply delivers raw energy with precision. Each channel houses 14 capacitors (6,800µF each), forming a capacitor matrix with a total capacity of 190,000µF.

This parallel capacitor design lowers internal resistance, enabling rapid current delivery and effortless handling of demanding passages, from thunderous bass to intricate dynamics.

H-Shaped Chassis & Refined Craftsmanship

The unique H-shaped structure—a hallmark of the M Series—was perfected over two years of research. A 20mm CNC-machined aluminium plate acts as the backbone, supporting all components and creating multiple isolated chambers. This reduces interference, enhances rigidity, and provides symmetry for both left and right channels.

Every surface undergoes multiple CNC machining and fine treatments, resulting in a matte texture that radiates refinement and luxury.

Silent Cooling – Intelligent and Unobtrusive

Thermal stability is crucial for consistent performance. The MA-1 integrates dual temperature sensors on the main heatsink, constantly monitored by an MCU. When needed, a 7.4-inch ultra-quiet fan activates automatically, dynamically adjusting its speed for optimal cooling.

Thanks to the isolated airflow duct design, no electronic components are exposed to dust, ensuring reliability and silence—even during long listening sessions.
