The AC-6 is the newest addition to Accuphase's well-regarded phono cartridge line, and it is built to the same standards as the electronics it partners. A semi line contact stylus extracts fine groove detail and passes it instantly to the magnetic circuit through a solid boron cantilever chosen for its high propagation speed. The magnetic circuit sits on a stiff extruded titanium base hardened with gold ion plating, with an N50 grade neodymium magnet doing the work.
